Terms of Use Agreement

This Terms of Use Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between you ("User") and HyperHub ("Company"). By accessing or using the services provided by the Company, including but not limited to the HyperHub platform and associated tools, the User agrees to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services, the User agrees to be bound by this Agreement. If the User does not agree to these terms, they should refrain from accessing or using the services.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features of the services, Users may be required to create an account. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

3. Subscription Services

Certain features of the services may be available only through the purchase of a subscription ("Subscription Services"). By subscribing, the User agrees to pay the applicable fees for the selected Subscription Services.

4. Recurring Payments

Subscription fees will be charged on a recurring basis, as specified during the subscription process. The User authorizes the Company to charge the designated payment method for the applicable fees.

5. Free Trial Period

The Company may offer a free trial period for certain Subscription Services. If the User chooses to utilize the free trial, they acknowledge that the Company may automatically charge the designated payment method at the end of the trial period unless the User cancels the subscription before the trial period expires.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Users may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period, and no refunds or credits will be provided for the remaining unused portion of the subscription.

7. Changes to Subscription Fees

The Company reserves the right to change subscription fees for the Subscription Services. Users will be notified in advance of any changes, and continued use of the services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised subscription fees.

8. Termination of Services

The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend User accounts for violations of this Agreement or for any reason at its sole discretion.

9. Intellectual Property

All content and materials available on the HyperHub platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of the Company and are protected by intellectual property laws.

10. Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to engage in any activities that may be harmful to the services or interfere with the use of the services by others.

11. Privacy Policy

The Company's Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, and disclosure of User information. By using the services, Users consent to the terms of the Privacy Policy.

12. Disclaimers

The services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. The Company does not warrant that the services will be error-free or uninterrupted.

13. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Company be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the services.

14. Changes to Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Users will be notified of changes, and continued use of the services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
